Over the course of the original single-channel forty minute run, a decayed corridor stumbled upon within a post-industrial landscape is bombarded and replaced with stills illustrating the entire oeuvre of cinematic history depicting or in metaphor to the much-ingrained semi-fictional histories of the last Egyptian Pharaoh Cleopatra VII.

'Every empire, however, tells itself and the world that it is unlike all other empires, that its mission is not to plunder and control but to educate and liberate.'
